The New Mexico Lobo football team won its first conference game of the season, while a Lobo legend looked on.
The Lobos beat the Air Force Falcons 45-37 on Friday night.
Running back Kasey Carrier and quarterback Cole Gautsche rushed for a combined 319 yards.
Gautsche added two touchdowns on the ground and threw for another.
Lobo great Brian Urlacher had his No.44 jersey retired at halftime.
Urlacher played 13 seasons in the NFL with the Chicago Bears.
New Mexico (3-6) will play at home against Colorado State on November 16th.
