Green Chile Leftover Turkey Enchilada Casserole

2 Pounds Leftover Turkey, Chunked
Garlic To Taste
18 Corn Tortillas, torn in half
2 Cans Cream of Chicken Soup
1 Cup milk, for consistency
Packages of FROZEN or FRESH Green Chile to Taste
1 Package Shredded Sharp Cheddar
1 Onion, chopped
1 Container Sour Cream
Chopped Lettuce & Tomatoes for Garnish

Spray Pyrex cooking dish with non-stick spray
Mix Turkey, onions and Soup in Pot and bring to boil
Add green chile and garlic to taste
Add milk if mixture is too thick
Turn off heat
Preheat oven to 350
Layer in baking dish: Tortillas, Soup, Cheese
Repeat Layers to Top
Bake until Top Layer of Cheese starts to Brown
Serve with sour cream, lettuce, and tomatoes
