Farmington Police have his picture and have been looking for a man for about three weeks. But, he's not a suspect in a crime, police think he might actually be a victim.

Farmington Police say it’s not a victim who they are usually looking for.

"It happens, it’s unusual, we are usually looking for the suspect," said Georgette Allen, public information officer for Farmington Police.

This time Farmington Police are looking for the possible victim of an armed robbery.

Allen said, "We believe these individuals may have robbed him."

Someone snapped a picture at Jaycee Park in Farmington on February 3. The picture depicts a man in blue pants, a blue jacket and blue watch cap surrounded by three men. One of the men seems to be wearing a red bandanna to hide his face.

Police say the man could play a vital part in the case against the three men wearing hoods.

Farmington police say those men have already been arrested and charged in another armed robbery.

While police are still looking for the victim, people are using the park even today, and neighbors say this is still a great place to play.

“Yeah, I feel it’s one of the safest neighborhoods I have ever lived in,” Mark Court said.

Court has lived in the neighborhood for 2 years and brings his dog to the park when the weather is nice.

"But yeah, it does concern me when there might be people running around robbing people or robbing homes or whatever. I don't like to hear about that just right down the street."

Until police can find this man, they aren't sure what happened, or if these men should face more charges.

If you know who this man is, or what may have happened at the park, you're urged to call Farmington Police at 505-599-1002.
