Kerry to Ukraine as world calls for calm in Crimea

KIEV, Ukraine (NBC News) -- Secretary of State John Kerry is headed to Ukraine to meet with the country's new government tomorrow.

But with Russia now sending troops into the southern part of the country, the situation is far from stable.

The U.S. and its allies are putting pressure on Russia not to get involved - and Russia seems to be ignoring that. Now the U.S. wrestles with how to get Putin's attention.
