â€”$216 million to improve navigation in Boston Harbor in Massachusetts.
â€”$73 million for flood protections in Cedar Rapids, Iowa.
â€”Up to $43 million to reduce hurricane and storm damage risks along the San Clemente, Calif., shoreline.
â€”More than $27 million for flood plain restoration along the Willamette River in Oregon.
