Cities Declare Snow Emergencies in Tuesday's Snowstorm

As snow piled up Tuesday, some cities declared snow emergencies.

Bloomington

A Snow Emergency is in effect for the City of Bloomington. No on-street parking is allowed until the street has been plowed curb-to-curb.

Crystal

A snow emergency is in effect for the City of Crystal.

Golden Valley

A snow emergency is in effect. The City of Golden Valley began plowing streets overnight Monday. No parking is allowed on any city street until plowing has been completed.

Hopkins

A snow emergency is in effect.

Lonsdale

A snow emergency is in effect.

Minneapolis

A snow emergency is in effect. Parking restrictions begin at 9 p.m. Tuesday.

Red Wing


A snow emergency is in effect.

Richfield

A snow emergency is in effect. Plowing began early Tuesday morning.

St. Cloud

A snow emergency is in effect in St. Cloud beginning at 11 a.m. Tuesday.

St. Louis Park

A winter parking ban is in effect until the streets are plowed curb to curb.

St. Paul

A snow emergency is declared for the City of St. Paul. Plowing begins on night plow routes at 9 p.m. Tuesday.
