Editor's Note: A look back at last year's flooding in Duluth
Major flooding is effecting the Northeastern part of the state today due to heavy rains and increasing water levels in the St. Louis River.
Floods fed by a steady torrential downpour forced road closures in northeastern Minnesota on Wednesday, and some people were being urged to evacuate their homes.
The Lake Superior Zoo also had a severe amount of damage. A seal escaped from its home, as did a polar bear.
