Minnesotans who need health insurance can learn more about an upcoming exchange program for the state today.
Gov. Mark Dayton proposed a health insurance marketplace after President Barack Obama’s health care mandate was ruled constitutional.
A task force is working to design a program for people to compare insurance policies.
The meeting goes from 9 a.m. to noon at the state office building.
