Twenty months and $132 million later, an iconic Minneapolis apartment complex has a fresh new look.
The city showed off renovations Wednesday to the Riverside Plaza complex.
Improvements were made to more than 1,300 units in the buildings, including plumbing, heating, and mechanics.
The Department of Housing and Urban Development helped finance the renovations. It's one of the largest projects the department has ever sponsored.
