The Mayors of Lauderdale, Falcon Heights, and St. Anthony Village are teaming up with University of Minnesota students to host a workshop about sustainability.

The workshop will talk about ways residents and city leaders can make their communities more sustainable, focusing on the development of specific strategies. It’s part of the coursework related to the U of M sustainability studies minor.

The workshop takes place from 6-9 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 1, at Silverwood Park’s Great Hall in St. Anthony Village. It’s free and open to the public.
