250 people turned out for a food allergy resource fair at the Hopkins Eisenhower Community Center Saturday.
"It was a great event," said Rebecca Ayaz, Executive Director of the Food Allergy Support Group of Minnesota, one of the organizers.
There was a record 50 vendors from around the US presenting food allergy friendly food and products.
Parents were able to talk to allergists who were available at the "Ask the Doctor" booth, and answer questions about the challenges of raising a child with food allergies.
Kids were able to have some fun while Mom and Dad were busy sampling products, by making art projects with KIDSCREATE STUDIO.
