JOB TITLE: Account Manager. Innovation Team
COMPANY: KSTP-TV, Sales-General
SCHEDULE: 8:30am - 5:00pm M-F, Occasional evenings & weekends for client entertainment
STATUS: Full Time, Salaried
QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum two years experience in sales required

Knowledge of the local marketplace preferred

Ability to use marketing, sales promotions and research provided by the station

Computer skills necessary

College degree preferred

Knowledge of the Twin Cities area, reliable transportation, a valid driver's license and a safe driving history as determined by The Company (driving record will be checked)
DUTIES:
-
Responsible for managing clients and developing new business relationships for KSTCTV, CH 45, Minnesota State High School League and subchannels MeTV & AntennaTV

Successful candidate will manage a client list and be required to develop new business and advertising agency relationships

Responsible for all aspects of handling local accounts including making budget goals, preparing and presenting presentations, establishing solid relationships and prospecting new clients
