The city of St. Paul has been under pressure this week for not getting snow cleared sooner.
Earlier this week drivers faced snow and ice covered washboard streets, but St Paul Public Works says their plan worked.
The city says it pretreated streets, sent out plows early, and simply got more snow than forecasted.
Council member Russ Stark believes the city didn't handle this storm well and it may change how Saint Paul clears streets.
Saint Paul still has plows out clearing side streets.
