An Oak Grove Elementary School substitute teacher was booked at the Bloomington Police Department after being questioned about assaulting her fifth-grade students, a Bloomington Police release said.
The Bloomington Police Department is investigating three reports of the teacher assaulting students at the school; two of the reports were filed Dec. 13 and the other Dec. 14.
As soon as school officials heard of the incidents, they removed the teacher from the room and began the investigation.
The case will be sent to the Hennepin County Attorney’s Office for charging, and more information will be available after the charging decision.
