Minneapolis Police released Andrew Engeldinger's personnel file Monday. Engeldinger was the gunman in Accent Signage mass shooting, killing six people before taking his own life.

The personnel file, dating back to 2006 details Engeldinger's interactions with other employees. The document contains several memos describing Engeldinger's behavior as "condescending" and "rude."

The final memo dated September 20th, 2012 reports Engeldinger being repeatedly late for work.  One week later Engeldinger was fired, triggering his shooting rampage, the deadliest workplace shooting in the State.
