Bail has been set at $10,000 for a Minneapolis father charged with second degree murder after his four-year-old son shot and killed his two-year-old brother.
KAO Xiong is still in jail on felony charges.
Authorities say the semi-automatic pistol used didn't have a functioning safety.
When investigators searched Xiong's home they found seven other guns.
His next court date is in January.
