Hastings police are asking for the public's help in locating a missing 24-year-old woman.

Police say Nikole Renee Sherry left Regions Hospital on foot Dec. 17 and hasn't been heard from since. It is unusual for her to remain out of contact with her family members and authorities are concerned for her welfare.

Nikole was last seen wearing a red sweatshirt, powder blue pajama pants and shoes, police say. Her belongings, money and identification were left behind. They also say she may be in need of medical attention.

She is described as 5'6'' tall, 150 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes. She has a tattoo of the name "Lamika" with a crown above it on her right arm.

Anyone with information about Nikole's whereabouts should contact Hastings police through Dakota County Dispatch at 651-322-2323 or call 911.
