By the end of this month inventory at Neiman Marcus in downtown Minneapolis has to go.
Last summer, the retailer announced it would be closing the Gaviidae Common store after more than 21 years.
There will be a "Good-Bye, Farewell" sale next Friday.
The luxury department store has already removed it's designer jewelry, but still has deals on women's, men's and children's clothing.
Earlier this week, Macy's also slashed prices at its soon-to-be-closed department store in downtown St. Paul.
