JOB TITLE: Digital/Non-Linear Video Editor

COMPANY: KSTP-TV, News/Weather/Sports

SCHEDULE: Various

STATUS: Part Time, Hourly

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum of two years TV News/Production House edition experience preferred
Knowledge of Non-Linear editing and all aspects of broadcast news deadline editing
Strong sense of aesthetics, composition and the ability to tell a story with creative editing and strong graphic skills
Excellent communication skills and positive attitude
Ability to work well in a team environment
Ability to work autonomously as well as under the direction of others

DUTIES:

Edit all manners of stories for newscasts under tight deadlines daily
Perform editing demands and graphic requests in line-editing for shows
Meet tight deadlines and work under pressure
