Northbound Interstate 35E is reopen at University Avenue in St. Paul after a crash near Cayuga Street.
The crash happened around 8:05 a.m. Multiple vehicles are involved, and rescue crews are on the scene.
It's not yet clear if injuries have been reported.
The interstate has reopened, but the right shoulder is still blocked.
