A new report by the Institute of Medicine backs the latest schedule of child immunizations.
90 percent of parents in the U.S. follow the guidelines which call for 24 immunizations for kids before the age of 2.
Some parents have raised concerns about the frequency of the shots at such a young age.
The schedule doctors follow is designed to protect kids from disease when they're most vulnerable.
