Young speed skaters with dreams of going pro are showing off their talents at the Roseville OVAL.
They come from all over the U.S., competing for a spot on the Junior World Cup Team. But skating center superintendent Brad Tullberg says he sees a lot of local talent too.
The OVAL is one of just five speed skating tracks in the country and it's one of the few that's outdoors. Tullberg says that's where the Minnesota skaters typically benefit. The tryouts are happening through Sunday.
