The Minnesota Twins are heading down to their spring training home in Ft. Meyers, Florida.
The team officially starts its workouts next week. We watched the training truck get loaded up Monday at Target Field.
The team has been holding spring training in Ft. Meyers for 23 seasons now. Their 2013 spring training home opener is scheduled for February 24th.
The Twins play the Tampa Bay Rays at Hammond Stadium.
