A free parking fluke in part of downtown Minneapolis ended Wednesday.

According to the City of Minneapolis, crews have repaired dozens of parking pay stations that were out of service following a software update.

While the 138 pay stations were out of order, drivers could park in the spots for free.

The pay stations were located mainly in the downtown and Loring Park neighborhoods.
