When North Minneapolis' Phil "The Drill" Williams enters the ring for his boxing world title fight Saturday night in St. Paul, he'll carry the hopes and dreams of his family and community with him.
Williams, who is also a well-known barber in his tight-knit community, started boxing as a hobby thirteen years ago.
He's already recorded the fastest knockout in pro boxing history... now, he has a chance at a World Boxing Union world title.
Earning a Championship belt would mean more than just realizing his own personal dreams, but also those of his clients at the Kingdom Cuts barbershop, his four children and his neighbors and friends in North Minneapolis.
