Police identified Isabel Diaz Castillo as the woman arrested on suspicion of abducting an 8-month-old baby Wednesday from a Minneapolis apartment.
Officers began investigating Castillo's involvement after hearing tips that she "had been paying an inordinate amount of attention to the child," police reported.
The baby, Carlos Orozco, has reunited with his mother.
"Is that a happy ending or what?" said police Cmdr. Catherine Johnson after the baby and mother reunited.
