It's been a precipitous plummet for the Gophers basketball team after they started the season 15-1 and were ranked 8th in the nation.
They have lost 8 of 11 game since, including two losses by more than 20 points just last week.
It's just over a month since that #8 ranking, but the Gophers didn't receive a single vote in the latest poll.
"We're in a little slump right now," Andre Hollins says. "It's one of those things that you have to fix. There's not much more i can say about it."
"Go back to the basics, I guess," offers head coach Tubby Smith. "That's where we have the biggest challenge - where we are just real bad. A lot of mistakes we're making are just mental mistakes."
It's not an easy time to try to fix things, as the Gophers host #1 Indiana Tuesday at Williams Arena.
