Cameras will be allowed in court for the trial of Aaron Schaffhausen. He's charged with killing his three daughters in their River Falls Wisconsin home last summer.
Friday both sides presented a number of motions to the judge. The prosecution says Shaffhausen killed the girls seeking revenge to hurt his ex-wife Jessica. The defense says police did a poor job and contaminated the crime scene, clearing the house too soon before all evidence was collected.
The trial is set to begin on April 1 and expected to last three to four weeks. The prosecution will call more than 100 witnesses to the stand.
