Authorities have identified a murder victim found in Columbus earlier this week, and two people have been arrested in connection to his death.

The victim has been identified as 50-year-old Doua Yang of Vadnais Heights. Police arrested 34-year-old Nou Zong Lee of Columbus and 42-year-old Teng Vue of Columbus for possible second-degree aiding and abetting murder charges.

Deputies were called around 9:30 p.m. Monday after Yang’s body was found near a vehicle in a cul-de-sac of Zodiac Street Northeast. Officials say he was dead and that foul play is suspected, but his cause of death has not yet been released.

Yang has no known association with the neighborhood in Columbus, police say.

The case is considered a murder investigation. Anyone with information is asked to call the sheriff’s office at 763-427-1212.
