Minnesota Wild Goaltender Josh Harding has been assigned to the Houston Aeros, the Wild confirmed Tuesday.
Wild officials say 28-year-old Harding is on a conditioning assignment. He was chosen by the Wild in the second-round of the 2002 NHL Entry Draft and was placed on Injured Reserved Feb. 12 after being diagnosed with MS last fall.
Harding last played with the Wild in the Feb. 7 game against the Vancouver Canucks, and he’s played in 121 games with Minnesota during seven NHL seasons.
