A drive down I-94 was like heading into the Alamo of commutes Thursday afternoon.
The roads were slick and icy, in some spots, as a strong April snow pummeled the Twin Cities right at the height of rush hour.
There were many weather-related accidents on the roads and a semi-trailer overturned near Rogers.
The snow is also expected to affect the morning rush on Friday as well.
