The 12-year-old boy accused of a prank 911 call made about an active shooter at New Prague Middle School has issued a public apology.
The boy's attorney, Marsh Halberg, says the family was able to resolve the case Monday. Because the case involves a minor, the details won’t be made public.
The boy called 911 around 7:55 a.m. Wednesday, March 20, saying there was a shooting at New Prague Middle School. He claimed there were two victims. Police say they received two calls from the same deactivated phone regarding the New Prague threat.
