There's a shakeup at the top of the Timberwolves staff.

NBA.com reports David Kahn is out as the Timberwolves president of operations and former coach Flip Saunders is in.

Kahn was hired four years ago. At the time he was owner Glen Taylor's fourth or fifth choice after he got turned down by many others.

Kahn came in with more of a business background. In his time with the Timberwolves he was in charge of four drafts and he made 24 trades.

Saunders, briefly, was the Wolves' general manager in 1995 before taking over as coach. But he worked under Kevin McHale. If the report is true, this will be Saunders' first time having final say on all personnel moves.
