Amy Senser was convicted of hitting and killing 38-year-old Anousone Phanthavong with her SUV in August 2011 and leaving the scene.
Here is a list of amendments and motions filed in regards to the case.

The Hennepin County Attorney's Office filed its memorandum in opposition to a motion to dismiss the criminal case against Senser. Click here to view the document.
