Minnesota law enforcement made roughly 100 DWI arrests statewide during their largest-ever one night patrol.
According to preliminary figures released from authorities, about half of those arrests were made in the metro. The figure could climb as more departments report in.
150 squad cars patrolled the major freeways looking specifically for drunk drivers Friday night.
The arrests were documented live on the Department of Public Safety's Twitter. Ages, gender and locations were listed. At one point they were even giving names, but those tweets were removed.
