Prices may still be high at the pump, but at least they're starting to fall below the $4 a gallon mark.

We found a Super America in Minneapolis selling for $3.92 a gallon.

The average price in the Twin Cities still sits at 4.07 gallon, according to AAA. That's 43 cents higher than the national average of $3.63 a gallon.

Average prices in the Rochester and St. Cloud areas have also fallen below $4 a gallon.
