A Wisconsin elementary school teacher is in trouble after passing out on the job – drunk.
Police reports say Maria Caya vomited and later passed out while supervising a field trip last week. She was taken to the hospital where her blood alcohol level was .27, which is more than three times the legal driving limit.
A police report says Caya admitted to hospital employees she drank at 6 a.m. before school that day.
She wasn’t arrested, but the Janesville School District is investigating.
