A settlement has been reached in the dispute over the money raised after the November shooting death of Cold Spring-Richmond Officer Tom Decker, according to a court document filed Friday.

A hearing set of Monday in Stearns County has been canceled.

A judge was supposed to hear testimony the people who organized the fundraisers. The judge was going decide how much of the money raised should go to Decker’s first wife, Rebecca, to their four children and to Decker’s widow, Alicia.

Alicia Decker was asking for half of the funds that weren’t directly donated to Tom and Rebecca’s children. The other half would be divided equally among the children, with each getting 12.5 percent of the overall total, according to documents.
