On June 25, Sony released “Best of Playstation Network Vol. 1” on the PS3. It is a collection that features four of the best games that are featured on the Playstation Network (PSN).  The games that are included are: “Sound Shapes,” “When Vikings Attack,” “Tokyo Jungle,” and “Fat Princess.”

I have played all four of these games and I must say that these four games really do belong in this set.  They are very fun to play and extremely addicting.

Each game has a very detailed and easy to follow tutorial that explains how to play the game.

The games look and sound amazing and are flawless.

Games like “Fat Princess” and “When Vikings Attack” are very colorful and are packed full of humor.

“Tokyo Japan” is a game about survival.  You take control of many different animals. You must hunt and try to survive as long as you can without being eaten or starve to death.  The graphics are amazing.

One of my favorite games in the set is “Sound Shapes.”  It’s a very challenging side scrolling platformer that lets you create music as you play through the levels.  You can also create stages and share them with your friends or other people online.

I got the opportunity to talk to Zach Wood who is the Senior Producer on “Sound Shapes” and David Bull who is the Associate Marketing Manager at Sony.

I really thought that the “Best of Playstation Network Vol. 1” was a great game and it offers an amazing variety of games for players.  If you are looking for a collection of games that are easy to learn and are a lot of fun to play, I would highly recommend that you pick up “Best of Playstation Network Vol. 1.”
