A fundraiser will benefit the family of a man killed in a hit-and-run in Hinckley, Minn.
Twenty-four-year-old Trevor Langlois of Wyoming, Minn., was hit on Interstate 35 Monday, June 17, and died a week later from his injuries. He was a husband, father, and US Army veteran.
He leaves behind his wife, Katie, and their two-year-old son, Ethan.
The Minnesota School of Business’s Blaine Campus hosted a benefit for Langlois Friday. He was a recent graduate of the school.
The benefit at the Forest Lake VFW, included a spaghetti dinner and silent auction. There was also be a raffle for a 2014 Ranger XP 900 that was donated by Polaris Industries.
Those who can’t attend the benefit can make monetary donations at all TCF Bank branches to the “Trevor/Ethan Langlois Education Fund” or “Trevor Langlois General Assistance Fund.”
