Construction on a new Vikings stadium could be delayed as the Minnesota Sports Facilities Authority continues to investigate team owner Zygi Wilf.
A spokesperson for the team has said the Vikings won't sign off on the final critical user and development agreements for the stadium until the investigation is over.
Already the ground breaking has been pushed back from Oct. to Nov. 7.
"If we don't start, we will have a month delay and this will effect everything," said Michele Kelm-Helgen who is chair of the MSFA.
The new stadium is supposed to be ready by July of 2016.
