The University of Minnesota is teaming up with the city of North St. Paul and helping them go green. It’s through a partnership with the Resilient Communities Project.
It works with one Minnesota city per year and matches it up with sustainability projects being done at the U of M.
Students earn credit for working on projects and North St. Paul will be able to improve its green energy and conservation initiatives, crime watch and other projects.
This is the second year of the project.
Last year the University of Minnesota partnered with Minnetonka.
