There are new developments involving the Wilf family fraud case. A New Jersey judge said Monday she will reveal the family's wealth, but before anything is released the judge is giving the Wilf's attorneys a chance to appeal her decision.
Last month, the Wilfs were found guilty of defrauding partners in a real estate deal.
The Minnesota Sports Facilities Authority, the group overseeing the new Vikings stadium, is watching the case closely. It wants to make sure the Wilfs are able to afford their share of the new stadium.
At this point, the Wilfs and the team have reassured the authority it has the money.
