The Minnesota Supreme Court will not hear Amy Senser's appeal of her conviction last year for criminal vehicular homicide.

The decision means Amy Senser has exhausted her ability to appeal the case in Minnesota. She could still appeal to the U.S. Supreme Court.

The wife of former Vikings player Joe Senser was convicted for a hit-and-run in the death of Anousone Phanthavong in Aug. of 2011.

Senser is currently serving a four year sentence at the Minnesota Correctional Facility in Shakopee.
