A state computer system has been up and down for three days and is supposedly up again.
But, a Winona man, who owns a home health care company, and tells KSTP the computer at the Department of Human Services is still not letting him sign in.
Gary Poblocki says the state owes him $25,000 through Medicaid reimbursements, which will allow him to pay his 40 employees who provide health care to 35 patients in their homes.
Poblocki says the computer system has a Thursday midnight deadline and if it doesn’t work by then he will be in dire straits.
