The latest contract offer to locked out Minnesota Orchestra musicians looks a lot like the contract offered last month.

The fourth proposal delivers an annual salary of $104,000 per musician plus benefits.

It also includes a one time signing bonus of $20,000 and a minimum of 10 weeks paid vacation.

Both sides are working with mediator George Mitchell.

Osmo Vanska has threatened to resign as music director if the orchestra has to cancel concerts set for November at Carnegie Hall.
