A total of five people have been arrested in connection with the murder of an Annandale man.
Osayme Emanuel Igho-Osagie, 21, of St. Cloud was arrested this week on suspicion of second-degree murder, according to the Wright County Sheriff's Office. Thomas Kevin Saengchanthalath, 19, of Albertville was arrested on suspicion of aiding and abetting aggravated robbery in connection with the murder.
Police Chief Jeff Herr said officers were called around 8 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 28, to a home on Poplar Avenue North, where they found Kyle L. Greene's body. The Midwest Medical Examiner’s Office ruled his death a homicide.
On Sunday, 19-year-old Tyler James Fisher of Annandale and 19-year-old Samara Leigh Juhl of Otsego were arrested and later charged in the case.
Juhl has been charged with aiding and abetting first-degree aggravated robbery and aiding an offender as an accomplice after the fact, according to a criminal complaint.
Fisher has been charged with two counts of aiding and abetting second-degree murder, aiding and abetting first-degree aggravated robbery and aiding an offender as an accomplice after the fact, according to a criminal complaint.
On Wednesday, 22-year-old Gray Soltis also was arrested on suspicion of second-degree murder, first-degree robbery and fleeing the police in a motor vehicle.
Fisher allegedly told investigators three other people went to Greene's house to rob him of drugs and money and that one of the three fatally shot him, according to a criminal complaint against him.
The Annandale Police Department and the Wright County Sheriff's Office are investigating. Anyone with information about Greene's death is asked to call Annandale Police or the Wright County Sheriff's Office at 763-682-1162.
