15 Suspects Charged in St. Paul 'Operation Screeching Halt'

A number of guns were confiscated by police and federal agents during Operation Screeching Halt in St. Paul.  

The raid went after the most violent and dangerous criminals. Many of them came from the gang known as the "East Side Boys" on St. Paul's East Side.
Fifteen suspects are now charged as a result of the raid.

Individuals picked up and charged Wednesday include:

Cornelius Deandre Larkin

Donte Darrell Branch

Julie Renne Branch

Charles Eric Perry

Justyn Desean Sanders

Arnold Lee Jr. Scott

Marcel Lorenzo West

Tracy Marcylous Rawls  

Cedric Dion Benjamin  

Prince Kavanaugh Williams

Christopher Jerome Hill

Previously arrested and charged individuals include:

Anwar August Dotson

Isaiah Jabril Henry  

Deante Deshawn Hollis-McKee  

Denzel J'Mal Jenkins

St. Paul and Minneapolis police departments, Ramsey County Sheriff’s Office and the FBI spent a year investigating and going after these suspects.    

Police are looking for more suspects.
