Third graders at Lincoln Elementary School in White Bear Lake went on an "E-Field Trip" Thursday.
They heard from doctors at Amplatz Children's Hospital about the importance of eating healthy and staying active.
The kids got to talk with two doctors through a video conferencing system.
They discussed everything from eating fruits and vegetables to getting outside to play a little bit every day.
Now, the students will compete against each other by tracking their exercise hours over the next two months.
The student who racks up the most exercise in each class gets to visit Winter Park to watch a Vikings practice.
