Two people are dead and four are injured after a rear-end car collision early Sunday morning in Minneapolis.
Three cars were stopped at a stoplight around 1 a.m. at the intersection of Olson Memorial Highway and Morgan Avenue.
Police say a fourth car pulled up and hit and killed two people inside the third car. The crash created a chain reaction, causing the third vehicle to hit the two cars in front of it. The driver of the fourth vehicle and three people who were in the second vehicle in line were taken to a hospital with injuries that are not believed to be life-threatening.
It’s unclear if speed or alcohol were factors in the crash.
